As part of our ongoing commitment to improving efficiency and client experience, we’re working towards transitioning all onboarding for single and joint execution only accounts to our digital platform.
To use our new digital onboarding system, you must have access to our Investment Portal. To register for online access, please reach out to a member of our Client Services Team who will assist you.
Our Digital Onboarding Process
With digital onboarding, you can manage the entire process online, track applications in real time, and benefit from faster turnaround times with no paperwork.
The process is simple and intuitive – log into the Portal and navigate to the ‘Applications’ tab, where client details and signatures are captured seamlessly in one convenient location.

Paper-Based Onboarding
Please note, all corporate and trust accounts must be onboarded using paper-based documentation. We also accept paper-based onboarding for personal accounts.
You will need to complete the forms below for both your client type and account type which can then be submitted via email, with no requirement for original documents to follow.
The full application pack should be provided before submitting, otherwise it will not be reviewed. Emails should not exceed the file size of 8MB to ensure receipt. If your total email size is larger than 8MB, please use our secure upload.
