Selfies

In some circumstances, we are able to accept a selfie-style photo of you with your Identity or proof of address verification document. For a list of acceptable KYC documents, please click here. If you are unsure if this method is acceptable for you, please contact our Business Development or Support teams.

Step 1:‍

You will first need to take a photo or scan of the document you intend to use and ensure the below:

• All corners of the document are visible.
• The text is easy to read.
• If there is a photo, there are no marks on the photo and the individual can be easily distinguished.
• Two-sided documents require both sides to be uploaded.
• Edited pictures or scans will be rejected.

Step 2:‍

Take a photo of yourself with the same document used in Step 1, following the below.

• The full document to be visible in the picture and all of the text to be legible.
• The document should not block your face.
• Your entire face to be within the picture and un-obstructed i.e. no glasses.

In all circumstances we reserve the right to request certified documentation in place of the above.
