Wendy joined Capital International in 2003, having previously managed the day to day internal fund and investment admin team at a large Life Co for 8 years. Prior to that she worked within both retail and private banks investment teams, on island. Wendy joined the Investment Admin team at Capital as an Assistant Manager, progressing to Manager, and then Head of Investment Administration, before bringing her knowledge of the back office to the front office in the Business Development team with David Long. As the team grew, Wendy moved to a focused Head of Relationship Management role and then Senior Account Executive position, before specialising in a Discretionary Relationship Manager role, working alongside the Investment Managers and Business Developers. With a passionate and empathic approach, Wendy has a specific focus on Business Retention, discretionary client satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
