Paul joined Capital in 2021 as part of the team completing the launch of the Bank and since then has worked to build operational teams and processes to support the running of the bank day to day. Prior to joining Capital, Paul spent 38 years with RBS International holding positions including Head of Operations, Isle of Man Country Head and Managing Director Isle of Man Bank. In the wider NatWest Group, Paul also held the position of Head of Payment Operations for Ulster Bank.
