Neil joined the Group in February 2023, bringing 35 years’ experience in the Life and Pensions, General Insurance and Wealth Management industries across both Change and Operations Management. Neil trained as a Life Underwriter with Liberty Life (SA)and has held senior/executive management positions since 1996 with LibertyLife, Swiss Life (UK), The Phoenix Group, Police Mutual, Quilter International and most recently, Utmost International. His role is to lead the Operations function for Capital International Limited and to drive strategic and transformational change, with a specific focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients. Neil is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
