Les joined the business in October 2023 as Managing Director of Capital Select Limited and is responsible for overseeing the Central Services and Infrastructure teams for the Group. Les has a BSc Hons degree in Mathematics from the University of Leeds. He is also a Fellow Chartered Accountant, having qualified with a Top 4 accountancy firm. He has a wealth of experience in the offshore Financial Services industry, having held senior positions for banks, corporate service providers and law firms. During his extensive career, he has worked on major transformation projects, strategic planning and M&A activity.
