Kath is a Chartered Accountant who began her career with a big five accounting firm in the professional services sector.
Kath went on to hold senior executive positions within the financial services and gaming sectors on the Isle of Man for a significant part of her career.
She then returned to professional practice in an advisory capacity, supporting and guiding clients on all matters of risk management, regulatory compliance and governance nature.
Kath joined the Capital Group as CRO in August 2021, in an exciting move which saw her to return to her banking and wealth management roots.
She supports the Group in managing risk to deliver responsible growth and desirable outcomes for clients and communities. Kath and her team provide independent oversight and guidance for managing risk, including the development and implementation of risk management measures across the company.
