Before Capital, David worked at Mercury Asset Management Limited where he managed bond portfolios and the asset allocation for over $1.5 billion of client assets, including eight unit trusts and reached the rank of Vice President in 2001. The following year he became Head of Investment Management at Capital International Group and was later appointed Group Chief Investment Officer in 2008.
