Andrew Lodge has over 35 years’ experience in executive Director roles in the Financial Services Industry including 25 years as Managing Director in the International Division of Nedbank Group (South Africa), covering Banking, Asset Management, Fund Administration, International Investment Platform, Trust & Corporate Services and Captive Insurance Management. Andrew has an in-depth understanding of the corporate governance responsibilities that come with the role of Director of regulated companies. His experience includes the role of Chairman of two Industry bodies which assisted in building strong and long-established relationships with regulators and Government. Andrew has a Diploma in Business Studies from Durham University, qualified as a Chartered Director in 2014 and was awarded Fellowship of the Institute of Directors in 2016.
