The charges below apply to all deal transactions but the charge varies dependent on the security type. Other additional fees are also outlined below and may be incurred dependent on the activity you undertake and instruct on your account. These charges form a part of the Terms of Business issued by us and where applicable replaces any previously issued charges. These may vary from time to time with any change confirmed to you via the secure online portal, in writing, or via a tariff sheet.

Overdue Fees

Negative balance on trading account
We reserve the right to charge debit interest in respect of any account which becomes overdrawn, on any monies which remain outstanding or unpaid in respect of any delay in settlement or non-settlement of a transaction, or on any fees or charges due from you in respect of services provided. In the event that there is insufficient available cash we reserve the right to effect a foreign exchange transaction from another currency, or to sell from the largest available liquid investment holding, in order to place cash in the trading account to cover any overdue fees and future fees for a reasonable period.
