User feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with comments such as:

The full release of the mobile app is expected in Q3, when it will be available to all CIB VELTA users via Google Play and Apple App Stores.
Introducing Bulk Payments: Efficiency at Scale
In addition to the mobile app, CIB has also launched its Bulk Payments feature at the end of May. This powerful tool allows clients to process up to 100 payments in a single batch, significantly improving efficiency for businesses. Currently available in GBP for Faster Payments and BACS, this feature underscores CIB’s commitment to delivering practical, high-impact solutions for its clients.
