The Session

Your Client Engagement Lead will support you in onboarding this entities account, training you on utilizing Velta through the application stage and the functionality thereafter once the account has been activated. The session should take no longer than [insert timeframe]. We will have your initial on-boarding documentation ready to upload when you arrive, so no preparation is required – but please let us know which colleague(s) will be in attendance. The existing Capital Liquidity Account will remain open in the interim, to allow time to provide existing remitters to be updated with the new bank account details, of which any balances will need to be transferred via the Bridge system to the new bank account.
