Department: Settlements Job Title: Settlements Administrator Reports to: Dealing & Settlements Team Manager Grade: D2 Location: Isle of Man Advertising Date: 17 December 2018 Opportunity: The role is to take responsibility for Settlement functions of the Company, and maintain appropriate recording and controls in place around these functions. To maintain client relationships where applicable for both private clients, Fund Managers and Institutions. Working in an exciting and busy team with no two days being the same. Role Description & Key Duties: Daily chasing of contract notes with respective Fund Managers making sure outstanding items are kept to a minimum at all times Develop service procedures, policies and standards of service Daily production of various reports to assists both internal and external clients To work closely with internal and external clients, to ensure the highest standards of client services are maintained at all times Ensure adherence to strict internal and regulatory control policies including the accurate collection & completion of all required documentation Perform additional duties as required Conform to Company’s AML procedures and guidelines at all times Maintain a high level of accuracy Qualifications & Skills Required: This position would be most suitable for the following person: Experience in a Settlement department Experience in servicing customers Ability to think strategically Strong communication skills (both written/ verbal) A good eye for detail and a high level of accuracy Ability to plan own work and manage in order to meet deadlines Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills If you share our values of innovation, integrity & excellence, and you are driven to be the best you can be, then please send any questions/queries, along with your CV and Covering Letter to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
