Antony has worked in offshore financial services for more than 16 years having started his career in London working for a research and management consultancy house. In 2001 he moved to the Isle of Man to work for a South African financial services group, developing offshore investment business from South Africa and offshore portfolio bond business from the UK.
In 2004 he joined a privately owned life assurance company where he was responsible for driving the development of a new range of inheritance tax products raising over £100m in 6 years from UK IFAs and their clients.
Antony joined Capital International in 2010 to re-energise business development activity. He became Head of Business Development & Marketing for the Capital International Group in 2011 and was appointed to the Board of Capital Select Limited in 2012.
He works with UK IFAs to deliver bespoke investment solutions, with a particular focus on tax efficiency, as well as with IOM and international intermediaries seeking help with the delivery of offshore financial services to their clients. Antony is a member of the Personal Finance Society, a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and holds the Level 6 Certificate in Private Client and Investment Advice & Management.
Greg is Chief Executive Officer for Capital International Group having joined the business in July 2016.
Greg moved to the Isle of Man in 2006 as Head of Banking for Barclays Wealth before being appointed as Managing Director of the board of directors for the offshore legal entities in 2008 with responsibility for over 1,000 employees covering operations, retail, corporate and HNW business across the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.
In 2011 Greg was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Boston Group, an Isle of Man based family office and fiduciary business. Over 5 years he successfully led the development of Boston from a small Corporate Services Provider and family office with around 35 staff into a leading multi-office fiduciary and corporate finance business with offices in London, Malta, Dubai the Isle of Man employing nearly 80 people.
Greg has a business studies degree from Swansea University, he holds the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate, he attained his MBA from Henley Management College and is an Institute of Directors (IoD) Chartered Director.
In his younger days, Greg was a professional rugby player and represented Yorkshire, the North and England at junior levels.
