Opportunity:

Capital International Group is looking for a personable, well presented and hard-working individual to join the Group. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within multiple departments and must have a desire to learn.

The primary duties of the role are as follows:

  • Reception cover and associated duties
  • Distribution of company correspondence
  • Company scanning and filing
  • Be actively involved in any company projects
  • Participate in the regular operational tasks

Skills and Experience

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office experience including Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Interest in Investment Services
  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment and to deadlines
  • Flexible approach to working out of normal office hours, if required
