Opportunity:

An opportunity has arisen to join our Banking Operations Team at Capital International Group, the innovative and fast moving financial services organisation. The successful applicant will work with the Bank Operations Manager to create a banking frame work for our clients to transact their business. This will include business development for online systems, building a robust process and procedures and assistance in creating a new bank.

Role Description & Key Duties:

The successful candidate will work closely with the Bank Operations Manager, assisting in the development of a new banking platform, from Client Online portals to middle office banking systems and controls. You will also cover the Managers position during holidays and any absences.

  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards of service
  • Assist in the implementation for the online client portal
  • Attend various project meetings and maintaining accurate notes
  • To work closely with internal and external clients, to ensure the highest standards of client services are maintained at all times
  • Conform to Company’s AML procedures and guidelines at all times

Experience required:

  • 3 years’ minimum experience in an Operational Team
  • Banking experience desirable but not essential
