Reporting to: Head of Propositions & Marketing
Direct reports: N/A – but extensive senior internal and external stakeholders
Location: Role can be based in the Isle of Man or Cape Town, South Africa.
The Digital Marketing & Data Senior Manager is a mouthful of a title, but it’s a big job! It’s a totally new role, and it’s there to help the Group achieve data excellence to deliver its strategic plan and to give us an edge which is too hard for our competitors to copy.
Let’s presume it’s you. You will build our brand all over the world. You will interface with the Head of Propositions & Marketing, the IT Director, the CEO and others to create insight to inform our marketing strategy and to ensure we make life better for our people and our clients in how we use data.
You will be passionate about finding opportunities from data and will have a heavy bias towards strategic digital marketing. You will delight in devising and implementing an international digital marketing plan to increase brand awareness, brand equity and revenue generation. You’ll have done something similar before, but we’re relaxed which industry it’s in. And you’ll be in the Isle of Man, or Cape Town, with the right to work there.
A relevant bachelor’s degree in addition to specific marketing and / or data qualifications.
